Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms explain how our services work. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Way2Go Marketing provides monthly social media management services, which may include content creation, posting, captions, basic engagement, and reporting depending on your selected plan.

Services are provided on a best-effort basis and are limited to the scope of your plan.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Services are billed monthly via invoice.

  • Payment is required before services begin or continue.

  • Unpaid invoices may result in paused or discontinued service.

  • All fees are listed and agreed upon prior to billing.

3. 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New clients are eligible for a 15-day satisfaction guarantee on their first month only.

If you are not satisfied within the first 15 days:

  • You must request cancellation in writing within that period.

  • A refund may be issued, minus any work already completed.

 

This guarantee does not apply to renewals or future months.

4. Cancellations

  • Services may be canceled at any time with written notice.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds are issued for partial months after the 15-day guarantee window.

5. Revisions & Scope

  • Each plan includes a set number of revisions per month:

  •    Essential Plan: 2 revisions per month

  •    Growth Plan: 3 revisions per month

  •    Premium Plan: 5 revisions per month

  • A “revision” is defined as a requested change to an existing post, graphic, or caption. Minor changes include typos, caption tweaks, hashtags, or image adjustments. Major changes, such as a complete redesign or new post concept, are considered additional work and may incur extra fees.

  • Revisions must be submitted via [email/Notion/Google Drive] and feedback must be provided within 3 business days to maintain posting schedules.

  • Requests outside the agreed scope, excessive revisions, or last-minute changes may require additional fees or extended timelines.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required accounts and assets

  • Respond to approvals and questions promptly

  • Ensure all materials provided are owned or licensed by the client

 

Delays or missing access may impact delivery timelines or results.

7. No Guaranteed Results

  • We do not guarantee specific results, follower growth, engagement levels, or revenue.

  • Social media performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and audience behavior.

8. Content Ownership

  • Content created by Way2Go Marketing becomes the client’s property once payment is received.

  • We may display completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Way2Go Marketing is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or algorithm changes

  • Account suspensions or platform-enforced restrictions

  • Indirect or consequential losses

 

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the affected billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
